iL Porto On Lake Mohawk In-House Catering Guidelines:

(Please Note: Package Prices and Menu Items Subject to Change)

 

1. $100 non-refundable deposit due when making the reservation.

2.  Package Choice, Menu selections and Final Head Count due 7 days before party (earlier if you wish).

3.  You will be Charged according to the final head count confirmed to us at least 2 days before the event OR Actual number of Guests (whichever is greater)

4.  Children under 12 can order from our Kids Menu at $10 per child.

5.  You may bring Wine and/or Beer ONLY (no hard Alcohol) and Decorations no earlier than the DAY OF THE EVENT.

6.  NO CONFETTI, Glitter, Etc. on tables.  Please inquire about bringing any decorations for your event.  Due to duties required for the Event, Staff cannot assist in decorating.

7.  Center Pieces on tables, flowers, balloons and candles are acceptable.  No décor is allowed on walls, furniture, windows and mirrors.

8.  4-hour time limit from setup to finish, includes Decorating, etc. and Cleanup.  Any extra time will incur a room fee of $50 per half hour.

9.  A 20% gratuity will be added to your bill.  

The Staff would greatly appreciate if the gratuity can be PAID IN CASH.

10. 20-person adult minimum for Package selection.

11.  If you bring any outside desserts, there will be a fee of $2.00 per person added. 

12.  30 Adult minimum required to occupy the entire room.  If you have less than 30 adults and need to use tables in addition to what has been set up (for gifts, etc.), there will be a $150 room fee applied.  

Room accommodations can be discussed at time of booking.

13.  There is no altering of the room table configuration on the day of the event. Prior coordination of room configuration is advised.
